ATG Incorporated, founded by Wayne L. Fife in1967,

                           was originally known as Artex Tool Grinding, until its                                              name changed after  incorporation in December of 1971.                                      Wayne had a love for tool grinding and was an expert in                                        his field, honing his craft early in life while a young man in the                              Navy. After his service Wayne moved from Arkansas to Houston,Texas where his dream became a reality and he was able to open a shop of his own.  He began teaching his step-son, Mark Bailey, the ins-and-outs of the family business while Mark was still  a kid in high school.  After Wayne's passing in November of 1995, Mark became owner and operator of ATG.
